Returns: Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you're unsatisfied with the items you've ordered, you have the option to return them within 90 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order must contain all correct parts, components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as the product arrived. Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded. Products requiring hygiene are thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins. The product is found to be defective immediately upon receipt. We reserve the right to charge the customer shipping costs. A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period. We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our control. How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Order number. Reason for the return request. Photo of the product in case of breakage. First name + last name of the customer. Customer's address. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. Never send the return to the sender; you'll receive the return address from us once we've processed your return request.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed:

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS Right of cancellation. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ABBIES.nl by means of a clear statement by email (klantenservice@abbies.nl) of your decision to revoke this contract. The revocation is completed when we receive the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Registration for shipments in transit. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of withdrawal. If you revoke this agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notification of your revocation of this agreement and receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this refund.
